Jennifer Lopez is taking a break from judging American Idol Thursday night to perform a song off her new album Love?
"You can expect some fun; I don't want to give away too much," Lopez tells MTV News of her performance. "But you know we're gonna go out there, we're gonna do our thing.
She's not revealing too many details.
"It's going to be a lot of fun. I don't even want to tell you what song we're doing, I just want you to watch," she says.
She's a little more forthcoming about who she thinks may end up in Idol's finals.
"I don't know, and I'm not making any predictions, but I think what would be exciting is maybe a James Durbin/ Haley [Reinhart] sing-off could be pretty exciting," she says. "Then I think it could be good having Scotty [McCreery] and Lauren [Alaina], the two country kids battling it out too, so I don't know. But then again, I love Jacob [Lusk], so you never know. It seems like America really loves him too."
She's not making any bets about who will win.
"I've said this from the beginning: It's anybody's game. And I really still feel that way," she says. "I think the voting's pretty close, and it could be anybody. It really is in America's hands. I am just a spectator."
Lopez -- who has her own music show in the works -- has had a blast on Idol.
"I loved doing American Idol this season," she says. "I loved it. I had the best time. The great thing for me, at this moment, is that there's a lot going on. There's a lot of possibilities, and I'm open to every single one of them."
